LINCOLN COUNTY WEDDING SHOW 2021: VENDOR RELATIONS Hospitality By Hannah LLC. was founded in 2019. Hospitality By Hannah (HbyH), was created to help coordinate any size event from start to finish – “Stress Less, and Party More”. Bringing the client's vision to life by hosting the perfect wedding or event. HbyH also focuses on serving our local communities, by partnering with other local wedding/event vendors via styled photo shoots, personal referrals, and networking collaborations.
Pike-Lincoln Technical Center
Duties: I am in charge of student recruitment and retention at the Technical Center. I maintain positive communication between PLTC and the sending schools. Orchestration of facility tours, attending job/career fairs, and setting up in-school presentations with our 14 sending schools is my responsibility. In my time at PLTC I have started hosting Career & College Expos on our campus. After three years of building business contacts, we have gone from 15 vendors to 40 vendor shows for our students.

Duties: Being the face of MMA, as the first point of contact for the school. Provide information via email, phone, & mailings to interested clients. Conduct campus tours, keep ongoing communication with a family through the enrollment process, and manage all reference letters, transcripts, and interviews conducted to enroll a student. Other duties involve work registration days, submitting students for financial aid, plus, recruit students for the academy by organizing and planning admissions trips (travel nationwide).

Overlook Farms of Clarksville
Duties: Handle all event inquiries, tours of the farm, bookings and contract signings, event finances, hire and train staff, make server schedules, and personally execute all events at Overlook Farm. The Farm's main target markets are weddings, however we host private parties, meetings, and personal dinners as well. Overlook Farm has made me master all aspects of the Hospitality Management Industry.

"I absolutely LOVED working with Hannah from my Jan 1 wedding at St. Francis Xavier College Church and The St. Louis Science Center.
I totally procrastinated hiring a day-of coordinator, but when I finally did, I interviewed 5 different folks before picking Hannah. Her energy and clear experience really matched my vibe -- I consistently looked forward to talking to her throughout the process of finalizing my wedding.
As soon as Hannah had a signed contract from me, she got to work keeping track of all the little details I wasn't thinking of. She is an awesome communicator that fielded everything from vendor management to random emotional support and was available pretty much 24/7 via text, phone and email.
If there was something I didn't want to deal with or couldn't wrap my head around, I'd toss it to Hannah and she'd move the ball along. She found me an awesome hair and makeup artist and a stellar videographer at the super last minute (thank you Hannah, sorry for the way I am) and she is SUCH a great partner for making sure you can focus on the best parts of your wedding day instead of stressy fires/details/people.
I haven't gotten my photos back yet, but one of my absolute favorites to take was a shot of the whole wedding party + Hannah -- She was such a critical part of our crew and her ability to make every moment of the day fun and enjoyable is FOR SURE going to be captured in the snap.

We used Hannah for our October 2022 wedding and the way that I did not stress about a single thing the weeks before or day of my wedding was insane. Thanks to Hannah I was able to truly enjoy my wedding from start to finish. From confirming our vendors, to set up, to making sure vendors knew where to set up, to managing our bridal party - literally everything. Our pre wedding meetings were so productive and helped me keep on track and know what I needed to be doing and when. She was very realistic in terms of understanding our budget, where we were cutting costs, etc and still making it a great time. She did our set up and it looked even better than I pictured in my head. I cannot thank Hannah enough for how special she made sure our day was.
